One of my nephews is turning into quite the movie director with the camcorder we bought him last year and now he is asking everyone to pitch in for some camcorder accessories. I think he has earned whatever camcorder accessories the family decides to get him, because not only has he shown to have talent with his camcorder, but he’s shown commitment to the art. Therefore, we’ve all talked about it and even though we told him we would get him some simple camcorder accessories, we are going to surprise him with some top of the line camcorder accessories. To me, the kid has the artistic talent of a Spielberg or Cameron and it is important that we cultivate this talent in him. Some people might get discouraged with their talent if the people around them don’t provide the needed support. So really we are not just buying camcorder accessories, but we are purchasing the chance that our little nephew develops into the movie production star he truly believes he can be and so do we. The next step is going to be getting him one of those video editing notebook computers, but one step at a time.
